After spending hours online searching for a reputible and honest mold inspector, I finally found Moldoovia Mold Inspections and Consultation. I called and spoke with Eran Bitton. After speaking with him I made an appointment to perform a mold inspection of my home. Two other mold inspectors on behalf of 2 prospective buyers reported that I had mold in 3 locations (bedroom, bath and laundry closet) which proved to be a fabrication in order for them to increase their proposals for remediation. Eran performed his inspection and his final report proved that there was evidence of mold in 1 area;  small area in a closet in the laundry room only. His cost for the inspection was very affordable plus, Eran offers Senior discounts. If you think you have mold in your home, call Eran; he's an honest businessman which is hard to find these days.
